It is Homework Hub’s policy that teachers are paid for any scheduled session that is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Therefore, all cancellations of scheduled appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge to your credit card or a loss of a prepaid session. For this reason, this credit card form is required to be filled out in its entirety, unless a discounted package has been purchased or the session is pre-paid in advance.                      


 Save with our cash, check, Zelle (hwh@homeworkhub.org), or venmo (HwHTracy-Berman-2) incentive to avoid the 3% customer service fee.


Reoccuring weekly sessions cannot be booked without purchasing a discounted package or a credit card on file. Please note that your card will not  be charged unless payment is not made before or at the time of service. Therefore, if you prefer to pay through cash, check, Venmo or Zelle, please do so before the start of session. Having a credit card securely on file also allows you to avoid a late payment charge. There is a $10 late charge for any payment not made on the day of the session and an additional $1 per day until full payment is made. A late payment is deemed as any payment that is not received by the end of the business day.


If it is a one-time session, and you do not want to put your card on file, it must be paid for in full on the date of booking.
