Science
I am currently an Assistant Professor of Chemistry at Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville Georgia where I have taught Biochemistry and Organic Chemistry for the last 4 years. I have also previously taught General Chemistry in Oklahoma and Tennessee. I am currently working in collaboration with researchers at Oklahoma State University and undergraduates at Georgia College to better understand how the SARS-CoV-2 virus causes the COVID-19 infection when the virus and host membranes fuse together. I enjoy the small class sizes at Georgia College that allow for personal interactions with students and brings a personal touch and a dry sense of humor to make learning chemistry interesting and memorable to help students obtain “solution” solutions.
