It is Homework Hub’s policy that teachers are paid for any scheduled session that is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Therefore, all cancellations of scheduled appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. (Please note that certain test prep and review classes have a zero cancellation policy.)

Students using a temporary registration form must pay at the time of booking. There is a 3% customer service fee when paying by credit card.  Save with our cash, check, Zelle (hwh@homeworkhub.org), or Venmo (HwHTracy-Berman-2) incentive to avoid the 3% customer service fee. Please include the student's name and subject with the payment and text HwH (516-423-2543) after payment is submitted.
